Why haven't I received my birthday voucher?

As of 10 August 2023, We are no longer running the birthday offer. If you have been issued a birthday voucher before this, you can still redeem it at your local before the expiry date.

What is Monty’s Rewards and what are the benefits of becoming a member?

Monty’s Rewards is a membership program linking hundreds of pubs and taverns across Australia. Members may:

  • receive a 5% discount on food* and beverage purchases

  • earn points on food* and beverages and gaming machine play (where applicable)

  • redeem points for food* and beverages, gift cards (where available) and cash (SA & QLD members only)

* May exclude food purchases at outlets operated by third parties at selected pubs and clubs. See staff for details.

How do I become a Monty's Rewards member?

The easiest way to become a member is by registering via the Monty’s Rewards App. You can also sign-up by completing a membership application form and handing to a staff member in a participating venue.

Can I use the app if I’m already a member and have a membership card?

If you are already member, you can login to your account using your Membership Number and PIN. Your member number is located on the back of your membership card. If you're unsure of your PIN, you can have it sent to you via SMS using the 'Forgot your PIN?' link on the login page. A staff member may also be able to assist.

What is a 'Club Code'?

If your sporting club or social group is sponsored by a Monty’s Rewards venue, make sure you enter your official ‘Club Code’ on the ‘My account’ page. Speak to your club representative if you’re unsure of your official Club Code.

How can I change or delete my Club Code?

You can edit or delete your Club Code under ‘My account’.

Why aren’t my points updating?

There is always a delay between points being earned or redeemed in a participating venue being displayed on the app and in your points history. Please allow up to a few hours for all balances to update and reflect recent activity.

Why aren’t I earning points on my food or beverage purchase?

If you are not earning points on your food or beverage purchases it may be due to one of two reasons:

  • You have added a Club Code to your account - sponsored club members do not earn points on their food and beverage purchases.

  • You have not spent a minimum of $5 on food or beverages - points are awarded for every whole $5 amount spent.

Do I need a plastic membership card if I have signed-up via the Monty’s Rewards App?

You do not need a plastic membership card if you signed up via the Monty’s Rewards App. Simply display your digital membership card when making your purchase to receive your discount, earn or redeem points. You will only need to obtain a plastic membership card if you intend playing a gaming machine and enjoying other benefits of membership in the gaming room.

Can I earn and redeem points using my digital membership card in the Monty’s Rewards App?

Yes, simply display your digital membership card when making your purchase to earn or redeem points*.

How can I earn and redeem points under the Monty’s Rewards program?

How can I check my Monty’s Rewards point balance?

You can check your points balance via the Monty’s Rewards App, by swiping your card at a member kiosk, inserting your card into a gaming machine or asking the gaming cashier.

What is my Member Number and PIN?

Your Member Number is the number confirmed to you when you signed-up, or is the number on the back of your plastic membership card. Your PIN is the 4 digit number sent to you when you signed-up via the App, or the number given to when you signed-up in a venue.

Can I reset my PIN?

Yes, go to the ‘Reset PIN’ page to change your PIN. It cannot:

  • Have been previously used by you

  • Have consecutive numbers in ascending or descending order

  • Have repeated consecutively repeated numbers

  • Be the same as the last four or first four digits in your Member Number, telephone number or identification number

Can I replace a lost card?

If you've lost your plastic membership card, a replacement can be printed for you. Please contact a staff member in a participating venue. You will be required to show some ID. Note that membership cards cannot be posted to you.

Where can I use my Monty’s Rewards membership?

You can enjoy the benefits of membership at selected pubs and taverns across Australia. Use the ‘Venue Finder’ to find a participating venue.

What should I do if my gambling becomes a problem?

If your gambling becomes a problem you can:

  • ask staff at a participating venue for help

  • call for 24 telephone assistance on 1800 858 858

  • visit gamblinghelponline.org.au

What does 'self-exclusion from gaming' mean?

Self-exclusion is a voluntary means of excluding oneself from gaming activities at selected venues. Visit gamblinghelponline.org.au or call 1800-858-858 for further information about self-exclusion. Please contact a staff member at a Monty’s Rewards venue to amend your self-exclusion status after enrolment.

How do I close my Monty’s Rewards account?
